4. CCTV Policy
We operate 24-hour CCTV surveillance in all rooms for the following purposes: • Ensuring room security and preventing unauthorised use • Protecting room facilities and pianos from damage • Providing an objective record in the event of disputes Retention period: CCTV footage is generally retained for no more than 30 days, unless a longer period is required to investigate complaints, disputes, or for law enforcement purposes. Access to footage: Footage is accessible only to authorised personnel of Piano Easy. We may disclose footage to law enforcement agencies if required by law.
5. Disclosure and Transfer of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose your data to third parties in the following circumstances: • Third-party service providers: including cloud photo storage (Cloudinary), email service providers, and payment processors, to assist in providing our services • Legal requirements: where required by law or requested by law enforcement agencies • Business transfers: if our business is acquired or merged, data may be transferred as a business asset We require all third-party service providers to handle your data in accordance with privacy standards comparable to our own.
